What if you don't meet the agreed number of leads?If we fail to acquire the agreed number of leads, we will refund you accordingly. For example, if you pay for 50 leads but we only acquire 25, you will be refunded 50% of the cost for the leads.

What if the acquired leads are not relevant?If the leads we acquire fall outside of the agreed target audience, we will replace them.

How frequently do you deliver acquired leads?We set up a shared Google Drive with our clients where we deliver acquired leads in real-time. This means that every time we acquire a new lead, it will be available there immediately. We recommend checking this Google Drive daily for new contacts.

Who will reach out to the target audience with my offer?There are two options: we can use Gradient LinkedIn profiles, which we will customize to appear as employees of your company, or we can use your profiles.

During the campaign, will you provide me with insights?Yes, we set up weekly online meetings with our clients where we review the results from the past week. During these meetings, we also discuss client satisfaction and any necessary optimizations for the campaign.

What if the campaign is not performing as expected?If the campaign is not performing as well as expected, we address this during our weekly report meetings. We present new ideas to improve the campaign, and if the client approves, we implement these changes immediately. This allows us to see if the results improve by the following week.
